MD4You provides comprehensive care for pain conditions and injuries. All referral patients are initially contacted within 24 hours (M-F) to be scheduled for either in-person or through our virtual platform.

In addition to our own vast medical capabilities, we can refer patients to an array of specialists who also accept Letters of Protection (LOP).

Board-certified physician consultations

  • Initial consultation to assess and document pain/injuries
  • Orders for imaging procedures
  • Medication prescriptions and at-home care recommendations
  • Referrals to chiropractor/physical therapy
  • Specialist referrals: orthopedic, neurology, neurosurgery, pulmonology, cardiovascular and more
  • No follow-up/discontinue treatment orders

Pain management and ongoing treatment planning

We offer advanced therapies and minimally invasive procedures designed to manage pain, reduce inflammation and enhance mobility. These include (but are not limited to):
